Al Baby Desserts
I’ve been baking since the 60’s but Al Baby Desserts was created in 2016. My business name came from my brother, who would stop by the house and say “Hey Al Baby what are you going to cook today” so Al Baby stuck with me.
I’m originally from Kansas, raised in California but my roots are from Mississippi. I’ve gotten a lot of ridicule stating that people from California or Kansas can’t cook but they failed to realized that, that’s not where my roots are from.
Quality is the key component that I focus on. I’m not much into decorating but what’s more important to me is the taste and the texture. I only used pure vanilla, real butter, I’m particular about the nuts, the flour and the sugar so it is truly about quality ingredients. All desserts are made from scratch “No box here”.
